Delicious tomato salad!

Tomatoes from the garden.....

Today was an ordinary day. Just went to school, then went home and late in the afternoon I went to my trumpet lessen…..

After the trumpet lesson we had dinner. Mom had made a tomato salad from the tomatoes from our garden... the little plants we got from Ria from Domaine de Beauvoir in June when we were there. The plants were all drowned by the terrible rain we had a few weeks ago when we were on vacation. We obtained the tomatoes from the dead plants; they were still very green then. We have put them on the garden table in the sun for the last few week and they turned all of a sudden perfectly red!

So, Ria I can say... those tomatoes were really delicious! Dad was enjoying them so much, he kept saying that they are so much better than the ones we normally buy at the supermarket!

Must stop blogging now, have to go to my second trumpet lesson today, rehearsal with all the other students…bye…see you tomorrow!
