Last training of this year!

Disco bowling at 9 AM in the morning!

This morning when we arrived at the bowling it was very dark. Then suddenly they put on the disco lights and played hard disco music. The last bowling training of this year had to be a party said Ronald our trainer. Every time we threw the ball we had to do it differently, then backwards, then a left throw or between our legs it was so cool! No one make a high score but it didn’t matter it was a real party! Sometimes there was a complete smoke curtain hanging above the bowling area and you could not see the ball at all.

After the bowling we have been to Hoofddorp to buy a present for Grandma Corrie who is in the hospital and it’s her birthday today. We had the idea to buy a very big imitation rose (she is not allowed to have real flowers in her room because of diseases, infection danger) and hang some presents in it. At the flower shop we saw a very big imitation rose the shaft was more than 1.10 meter (0.4 inches) long and the flower as big as a large soccer football. Afterwards we went to a toy shop to buy a stuffed animal to put in the big rose. I almost immediately saw a little doggie that was so sweet I didn’t want anything else for Grandma. We also bought a bottle of perfume and some shower gel and we attached the little doggie and the perfume and the shower gel to the big flower… it looked great.

As soon as we were finished we went to Purmerend to the hospital where Grandma lies. She was so happy with her presents. I stuck the rose with the dog somewhere between the foot end of her bed, so Grandma can see the rose and the dog well. On the ceiling above her bed were all flags hanging and Grandpa brought some delicious cakes.., they tasted so good!

After the hospital we did some grocery shopping and took a look at the Christmas decorations, lights in our neighborhood. There were houses which were so pretty, some people did a lot of work, here is one house that is very beautiful!

I go upstairs.... bye... see you tomorrow!
